How long until I receive my order once it is placed?

For expedited shipping: All orders are generally processed within 1 standard business days (may take an additional day or two depending on other extreme unforeseen circumstances) and then shipped. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-5 days (pending acts of god or unforeseen circumstances related to the carrier).

For standard shipping: All orders are generally processed within 3 standard business days (may take an additional day or two depending on other extreme unforeseen circumstances) and then shipped. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 9-14 days (pending acts of god or unforeseen circumstances related to the carrier).

How should I use my tracking number?

To monitor your order on its way to you, please use our "track your order" page. Enter the tracking number that we sent you into the box and click "track". The page will then reload and provide you with all the details regarding your order's delivery.

How do I make a return on my order?

If you would like to make a return on your order, please email us at returns@theapplestyle.com. Please be sure to include the following: your name, order number, and the item you would like to return.

Do I have to pay any fees to return an item on my order?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees or shipping fees for returns. Please email us at returns@theapplestyle.com to process your return and refund/replacement.
